The security of the information our customers submit on Wintertime.com.sg is one of our highest priorities.
Please note that all payments are processed through secure connections via Payment and as such no credit/debit card information is collected or stored by Winter Time. Secure connections are encrypted using industry standard cryptography.
We may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:
(a) charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or
(b) no longer make the Product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the applicable Contract, in which case we will refund to you or your credit or debit card company as applicable any money already paid to us under the Contract, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the Product, and any storage fees )
You acknowledge that the Products are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.
Due to restrictions and limitations, we regret that that we are unable to orders to any PO Box, military and protected areas.
Delivery charges for failed attempted delivery to such restricted areas will be borne by you.
Deliveries are only made on working days.

We start to process your order as soon as we receive it and therefore cannot cancel or change your order upon confirmation.
The following items are unable to return:
Disposable Undergarment, Thermal Wear, Accessories, Promotional Items and Opened packaged items.
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn’t sit right: e.g. we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them or ordering and returning loads – way more than even the most loyal Winter Time customer would order – then we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please get in touch with Customer Care and we’ll be happy to discuss it with you.
